According to its statutes, the IHP Endowment Fund is governed by a Board of Directors composed of three groups:
The Founders’ Group, including three members: one appointed by the CNRS, one by Sorbonne University (formerly UPMC), and one by the founding learned societies (SMF, SMAI, SFdS).
The Donors’ Group, including two members representing the Corporate Partners Circle and the Philanthropists’ Circle.
The Qualified Members’ Group, including the Director of IHP and three additional distinguished individuals recognized for their expertise in the Fund’s fields of action.

Christophe Besse, mathematician, director of INSMI (National Institute of Mathematical Sciences and their Interactions), appointed by CNRS
Pierre-Marie Chauvin, lecturer, Vice-President for Art, Science, Society, appointed by Sorbonne University
