As a company, you can become a sponsor by supporting the projects carried by the Institut Henri Poincaré and the Maison Poincaré.

Supporting the Maison Poincaré means being recognized as an actor in the project and benefiting from tax advantages :

 

- French companies : 

  • Your company can benefit from a corporate tax reduction of 60% of the donation's value up to a maximum of 0.5% of its turnover excluding taxes in accordance with the law n° 2003-709 of August 1, 2003 relating to sponsorship, associations and foundations.

  • Your company will benefit from compensations according to the value of the contribution: availability of spaces for private events, privileged invitations for meetings, conferences, exhibitions...


You have the possibility to support the Maison Poincaré globally or to allocate your donation to a specific project. 

Your contribution will give rise to a sponsorship agreement that will detail the nature of your contribution and the terms of its contribution, whether one-time or long-term. 

You can also join the participatory financing campaigns that we regularly launch. The annual program The Maison Poincaré, math in a new light is online.

- Foreign companies : registered in the USA or in Hong Kong : join the "American Friends of Paris House of Math" or the Give2Asia Friends Fund to make tax-deductible gifts to IHP and The Maison Poincaré.

The Endowment Fund in a few words...

It has the capacity to receive funds exclusively from the private sector from individuals or legal entities whose passions are in line with those of the Institut Henri Poincaré.

 

The Fund's Board of Directors was chaired by Cédric Villani from its inception until March 7, 2019, when Sylvie Benzoni took over as interim Chair. Vincent Lefieux, representing the Cercle des entreprises partenaires de l'IHP on the Board of Directors, was elected President on May 29, 2019.
Through the Endowment Fund, companies and individuals can support the projects carried out by IHP by making financial, in-kind or skill-based contributions.

Eligible for corporate or income tax reductions, these contributions complement state and local funding of IHP projects.

 

The founding organizations of the Fund : CNRS, Sorbonne University (formerly UPMC), and three learned societies in mathematics - the Société Mathématique de France (SMF), the SMAI (Société des Mathématiques Appliquées et Industrielles), the SFdS (Société Française de Statistiques).
